By purchasing and eating the Smart Sandwich™ in part or in its entirety the purchaser understands and agrees to the following terms and conditions: The Sony Smart Sandwich™ is licensed for the exclusive use of the customer, as defined in subsection C of paragraph 152 of the attached licensing agreement. Any unauthorized sandwich sharing, sandwich reproduction, or sandwich simulation is a violation of the terms of this agreement. The Sony corporation is not liable for damages resulting from improper usage of the Smart Sandwich™. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for all incidents of poisoning, fainting, apoplexy or internal bleeding suffered as a result of illegal sandwich use.
The recipe for the Sony Smart Sandwich™ and all derivatives thereof are the property of the Sony Corporation. Any unauthorized attempts to reproduce, duplicate or reverse engineer any licensed elements of this design constitutes trademark infringement. The antipiracy measures contained in the Smart Sandwich™ are proprietary and protected by law. Any attempts to remove, circumvent, reverse engineer, avoid, bypass, deactivate, or impair these measures is a violation of the Sandwich Millenium Copyright Act. Violators will be prosecuted. Surgical or pharmaceutical intervention undertaken with the intention of alleviating injuries suffered as a result of improper Sony Smart Sandwich™ usage is a criminal offense, as is offering aid or instruction to others attempting such intervention. All reports of poisoning or lower intestinal tract injuries suffered as a result of improper usage must be reported to the Sony Corporation within 48 hours. Failure to do so could result in criminal charges being filed.
