Let me tell you what *I'm* up to this weekend: this.

Sweet!

Meh. I wound up blowing most of it off. The opening bands last night sucked and the beer was too expensive and the place was too hot and there was no where to sit down, so we left and found a cheap bar down the street. We came back for the movie, but my buddy I was supposed to be meeting up with (and crashing at his place) was sick and went home, so at 2am we just decided that we'd rather drive back to Providence than wake my buddy up at that hour.

Ah, wish I were there, but It's 55 degrees, sunny and mild where I am.

Hey, that was truly a phenomenal show last night- one of the most enjoyable evenings of music I've experienced in quite some time!

I think I spent most of the night with a stupid, shit-eating grin plastered on my face (no doubt, due in part to the beer), and kept thinking, "Goddamn! I know some really talented people! That is so great!" or thoughts to that effect.

This should definitely become an annual event.

Thank you, FB, for making Sunday night a reality. It was such a treat for all in attendance - I've still got the warm fuzzies!

Really great show. It was a perfect welcome back to Seattle! And a good thing, too, because I've been laid up with the flu ever since. Ah, the memories sustain me.
