US government to regulate carbon dioxide emissions.

Apparently, after reviewing the evidence, the EPA have decided that climate change is a potential problem.

With apologies to Ms. Jackson (and to you, if I just put Outcast in your head), but I do like to exhale once in awhile. I am sorry for my occasional smack-talking, rabble-rousing, and morning-breath, but am I really a pollutant-leaking super-fund site? I look forward to your stakeholder impact statement.

Would it be so much to ask if everybody could just hold off on their CO2 emissions for, say, the next 30 years? Have we learned nothing from Al Gore's bestseller, Waiting To Exhale?
